Beautiful offering. I love to drink neat either chilled or warm. Unlike many gins it pairs well with meals in the warmer months when the food is lighter. Refreshing and pretty. Try it in cocktails featuring floral or light herby notes.

Great all around gin

Very special gin. The juniper is very pronounced with the other botanicals taking a back seat. If mixing it needs a strong cocktail to balance like a savoy martini or a drink with thyme or rosemary. The other route to go is to add a bit of syrup or fruit to balance the juniper. I drink chilled but watch out, it has quite a punch

Favorite mixing gin that can also be consumed neat. Great for Martinis and G&Ts but like it best in citrus drinks. I love it paired in lemonaids but for fun try subbing it in a mint julip.

A bit odd but interesting. Didn’t like it neat but in whiskey type cocktails in makes a refreshing summertime change of pace. Try it in an old fashioned or a sour. Was really nice in both.

Great for pretty much any application. The elderberry comes through so best in fruity cocktails or neat for change of pace. Equally good chilled or warm. I enjoy most in Spring and Fall.

Very spicy and herby. I feel this one gin that should be enjoyed neat for the full experience or in a G&T if you don’t drink gin neat. Drink year round
