Nice sipper. Definitely get the taste from the cognac and sherry barrels. Medium finish.

Nice sipper, smooth especially for a rye. Would be good in cocktails because it has a pleasant, hot, spicy finish. Finish is long and pleasant. Great introduction to somebody that hasn’t drank neat rye whiskey.

Very nice sipper, would hold up very nicely in a cocktail. Normal taste profile for a high rye bourbon and that’s a good thing. Nice medium to long finish with very little heat. Very approachable boubon.

Not all that much different from the 2025 Booker’s releases. Sweeter tasting notes and a long finish, this is what I would expect from Booker’s but it’s not different or better enough to justify buying it over one of the other 2025 Bookers releases.

Not a lot of flavors for being 117 proof. I proofed it down to see if a little water would open it up and unlock some more flavors. Proofing it down didn’t result in any more flavors or tasting notes. Medium to long finsh but I think that has more to do with the high proof then the bourbon.

Definitely a wheat bourbon. Pretty easy drinker but a pretty limited taste profile. I had a hard time discerning more than a couple of flavors. Not a great sipper or cocktail mixer because of it’s minimal flavors. Short finish.

Very nice sipper. Nice mouthfeel. The usual bourbon taste profile, which is not a bad thing. Medium length linger but not much of a burn. Good value

An okay sipper. Not very complex, a light, earthy taste but not peaty or smoky.

Spicy from beginning to finish. Nice sip. Not much mouthfeel. The price is a bit high for what you get and I’m not sure that I’m picking up the tequila barrel finish.
