Tasting Notes
"The fruits on the nose and palate are tangy and concentrated, with notes of dried apricot, plum, and apple compote. There's a distinct graininess on the palate—like sweet breakfast cereal flakes—and aromatic spices of caraway and fennel seed, along with classic clove, nutmeg, and cinnamon. The finish is a bit abrupt and hot, but opens up more with a cube of ice. "
