Really really enjoyed this! Rich, malty first taste then a nice spiced burn and a smoky finish. I don’t know if it’s “perfect” but damn it’s good.

Not much going on in the malt department and then the alcohol comes barreling in full speed. Not something I need to buy again.

Compared to Monkey 47 this was pretty boring. Had that sort of cringy bitter flavor that I thought was kind of characteristic of gin in general but am now thinking it was just this brand?

Gin is not typically my thing, but I admit this was really complex and interesting. Maybe I’ve just never had “good” gin. Every sip seemed like I got something new from it.
