Redbreast 21 Year
Single Pot Still — IrelandTastedProbably the best Irish whisky I’ve had. The nose is full of fruit and champagne, with the palate being a mix of honey, wood, vanilla, and big fruits. The finish is medium and full bodied.
Old Charter Oak Canadian Oak
Bourbon — Kentucky, USATastedLight fruit and spice. Very easy drinking. A little thin. But delicious. Short to medium finish. A little green on the palate, with pine, spearmint.
Colonel E.H. Taylor, Jr. 18 Year Marriage Bottled in Bond
Bourbon — Kentucky, USATastedFantastic. One of the best I’ve had. Minty, sweet, delicious, with a medium to long finish had a little spice to it, building heat.
Elmer T. Lee 100 Year Tribute Single Barrel Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USATastedNice beautiful traditional bourbon nose. Caramel syrup here with a hint of cherry. Medium finish. Not a huge hug at 100 proof. But definitely an amped up version of normal ETL. Definitely taste a little wood, spice, with a building heat. Fruity on the back end.
Bourbon — Kentucky, USATastedMouthfeel is excellent. Oily coating, feels thick. Nose is on the lighter side. First sip is incredibly drinkable. Definitely hotter on the front and then calms down for a very slight Kentucky hug. A little cherry chocolate on the finish. Finish isn’t very long, would say medium to short. But good.
Westward American Single Malt
