Nose: cherries, molassses, oak Palate: oak, brown sugar, fruity Finish: tannic, lingering brown sugar sweetness Nice oaky bourbon

Nose: toasted wood, caramel Palate: rye spice, char Finish: creamy, sweet, lasting kick of rye Nice rye with a touch of creaminess from the malted grain.

Nose: cream, peat, sweetness Palate: light sweetness, cream, vegetal peat Finish: caramel, peat, smoke Peatier than I expected (a good thing). Nice step up from the standard Talisker.

Nose: honey, figs, plums Palate: sherry, fruit cake Finish: more stewed fruits. very smooth Nice sherry forward scotch with good balance. Drinks below its proof.

Nose: sweet corn, maple syrup Palate: very light, oak, vanilla Finish: short, corn Its ok

Nose: cereal, citrus Palate: lemon, malty, slight peat Finish: slight smoke, cream Not bad. Has some malty notes indicative of its youth but pretty good overall.

Nose: sweet, plums, honey Palate: viscous, earthy, campfire smoke Finish: long, jammy, campfire ash Very rich, coats the mouth, nice ashy smoke.

Nose: singing, powerful peat, sea spray Palate: typical bourbon cask influence, lemon, cream earthy peat, not much smoke Finish: earthiness lingers, salty, smoke Definitely a lot of peat but not as much as I expected. Would be better if it was more smoke forward rather than “earthy” forward. Still tasty nonetheless.

Nose: oaky Palate: more oak, astringent, peat Finish: smoke, iodine, salty I like oak so this isnt bad but it was a bit weak.
