Flaviar sample: ok, I had this right after Balcones single malt and I get the same unusual note on the nose: banana/pear. Nose is pepper and Balcones banana/pear. Palate is significantly better: pepper, tobacco, lots of spice, wood. My favorite Balcones product so far.

Flaviar sample. Nose: sweet cream corn, caramel. Palate is pumpkin spice, honey, cedar, corn.

Flaviar sample. My expectations were high. I have researched Texas Whisky and wanted to start with this one. Nose is very unusual... a big hit of banana, pear and orange. Palate is loud but very good: mild sweetness, spicy, caramel, wood. I need more experience with this style

Nose: sweet, floral, coconut, vanilla. Mouth: very similar, spice, oily. Very pleasant

Caramel, corn, chemical notes, moderate sweetness. Such a classic
