Nose: Faint coconut, molasses, and candied pineapple. Opens to a desserty pineapple upside down cake or something soaked in sugar. Taste: Pineapple and coconut - but indulgent. Like you bit out of a fresh pineapple and chased it with toasted coconut chips. Warming. Slightest hints of vanilla and caramel.

Murray Hill Club Blended Bourbon
Bourbon — (blended & bottled in Washington D.C.), USA
Reviewed April 17, 2022This is a very solid bourbon. Tons of vanilla and pecan. Like a pecan praline. There are some woody spices. Some of the notes come across as fruit, others are maple and cinnamon. One you’ll want to come back to. I was pleasantly surprised. -
Widow Jane Lucky Thirteen Small Batch Bourbon (Fall 2021)

Elijah Craig Single Barrel: Private Select- Total Wine DE
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed April 1, 2022This is 11 year, purchased in Las Vegas. This has pleasant heat that pushes along almost like a crumb cake flavor. I think 94 proof is pleasant with this. Just enough to have umph while maintaining flavor.
