Tastes

What does dry caramel smell like? That's what comes to mind. Nice color and feel. I get a taste that is sweet, but I still get that dry feeling. Almost like honey that has sugared on the shelf. The finish is quick and clean.

Not bad. I just taste Jameson, nothing different for me. I thought maybe the Stout would make it different, but not for me. Adding some ice makes it go down real nice.

Wonderfully smooth! Vanilla and spice, sweet and warm. This is definitely one of my favorites. It's a good pour and very affordable.

Vanilla and warmth, sweetness and a little heat, silky mouthfeel and smooth, smooth fruitiness. What a nice pour just before St. Patrick's Day.

The first taste is hot and lingering. A strong nose makes my eyes water if I keep my nose in the glass too long. I liked it better when I was on vacation in Traverse City. The distillery was well worth the visit. I spent a couple hours talking to the distiller and tasting everything he threw at me.

I smell citrus and wood shavings. The first taste is spicy and lasting. It feels a little hot, but clean to the mouth. I like it!

Smooth and leggy. Lots of butterscotch and oak. Adding some ice gave me plums. I don't even like plums. Warm and lingering, but not in an unpleasant way.

Oily, and smooth. Not enough cherry to make it cloying, so that's good. It's whiskey, not schnapps. I did have to add a bit of water to drink it straight. It tasted better when I was on vacation.
