Tastes

Nose: bbq chips, chili spice, and an underlying sweetness. Palate: soft, sweeter than nose, oily. Finish: returns to spice, chili, and lingering.

Damn good bourbon. Not crazy complex, but very enjoyable. Nose: classic maker’s but with more cherry. Palate: dark cherry with sweetness —but a more molasses sweetness that standard makers. Finish: not crazy long, but not nonexistent either. The cherry sticks around for awhile.
