Tastes

Nose: Cinnamon and brown sugar; nutty with light smoke. Palate: Deep plum. Beautiful! Finish: Very smooth but rather short and light; red apple and plum.

Nose: phenolic with notes of marshmallow and vanilla. Palate: Toasty vanilla and cream. Finish: Smooth and toasted marshmallow.

Batch FF0117 @ 59.1% Nose: Buttery with notes of almond and sultana, pear and iodine. Palate: Creamy and soft, lots of wood and white chocolate. Finish: Salty with a sharp burn. A few good drops of water softens the tingly burn on the finish but doesn’t get rid of the salty medicinal end. Beautiful whisky except for the finish.

Nose: Pineapple and lemon meringue; honey. Taste: Sweet and full; beautiful pineapple and papaya; buttery. Finish: Long and sweet; vanilla and oaky. Cask strength is 59.4%.
