Great for the money but a pleasant and yet interesting enough whiskey regardless of the money. The cinnamon spice character makes it interesting, reminds me of Bookers.

I loved the previous edition but this one is simply the best whiskey I can find for less than $40, better than the previous one, more rounded, more nutty, just the right amount of wood, sweetness, vanilla, layers. The nose is outstanding and so is the finish

I really wanted to like it more but it has too much of a "moonshine" taste due to its young age. It is very smooth and well-executed but I keep thinking they released it way too early and it is a bit underdeveloped. Too much grassy/corn taste, not my own cup of tea but not bad. I strongly believe that it will be a very good whiskey when it will reach 4 years. Maybe my expectations were too high because of the fabulous Belle Meade Cask Strenght that I bought recently. Good value though, I look forward to seeing what they release next. On a side note, it is a really great distillery to visit.

Sweet and tasty, rich, a really good young bourbon. Bought it at the distillery from the distiller himself, enjoy it every time I put a glass.

Very pleased to find a real alternative to Rittenhouse 100 at a similar price point. All the character of a good eye, enjoyable on its own, really like it!

I love Rittenhouse and after reading reviews, I was wondering is it could be worth almost twice the price of Rittenhouse. I seriously think so. Less but than Rittenhouse despite a tasty 110 proof, complex, rich, spicy, it is simply delicious

A bit rough but very decent for is low price point ($22 in Nashville), definitely not bland, could work well in cocktails but decent enough to so on its own when not in the mood for something more complex (and pricier).

I need more time with it to decide. I find it a bit light. Very cohesive, no off notes but it could use a higher proof and more finish. Reminds me Russels Reserve but with more fruit. I don't detect the smoke
