Beautiful dark coloring. Lots of nose. Full flavor. Tastes of dark fruits, pastry, walnuts, white pepper, orange, chocolate, and pipe tobacco.

Lots of maple and butterscotch. Slightly sweet. Good sipper.

Batch #16, 116 proof. Great rich full bodied taste profile. Lots of vanilla with light caramel. Some grassy notes with a bit of spice. Nice bottle for $59.99

Having scotch as the base makes this a great complex bottling. Enjoyed the slight smoke, vanilla, honey, lemon zest, and apple taste profile. Nice moderate body and finish. Slight harshness due to the aging. Overall really enjoyable, especially if you are a scotch drinker.

Love these complex bottles. Initially on the nose lots of citrus, vanilla, honey, and faint smoke. Taste was a roller coaster of honey, orange, chocolate, butterscotch, smoke that came and went then returned on the finish. Tried to get the same result on the second sip but couldn’t replicate it. But it is delicious.
