Ok - so this 12 year explicitly says “unpeated”. Not sure if Bunnahabhain changed that up from previous years. Apple, coastal, slightly saline-y, and the faintest bit of smoke.

Smooth & Smokey. Would go great w/tequila in mixed drinks. I had it in a flight and it was my least favorite but also the highest ABV. Having it with water may have helped.

Sweet like green apple. Hardly any smoke. Couldn’t put my finger on the second flavor. Plantains, maybe? Would be fun in a mezcal old fashioned. Had it in a flight & it was my 2nd favorite.

This is strong. I drank it over a giant ice cube. It had a nice grassy spice and faint sweetness. It lingered for a long while and pairs well with friends.
