So much depth of flavors! A little harsh, but so much depth and different layers beginning to end

Perfect Bourbon flavor. That is all Not a 5 only because it brings JUST too much heat

Fresh, warm, welcoming nose. Starts nice and soft and builds quite a bit. Honestly gets less and less enjoyable as the sip progresses. Kind of a bitter after taste

Has a Jack Daniels charcoal profile. Pretty harsh neat. Opens up and mellows out quite a bit with some ice though. On second taste, theres actually a really nice fresh-cut wood nose that opens up to a buttery blueberry tart or cheesecake palate and tasty sweet lingering finish. A but too much bite for me though

Nose of warm sweet raisin bread. Nice start, verrry smooth with some good grainy flavor. Just not a ton of pallette/flavor with a somewhat hollow finish

Has a bit of heat in the middle and the flavor is not super intense, but a nice warm almost sherry palatte with a relatively smooth finish

Reallly good, flavor bomb, kinda pokey with similar aftertaste to willet stuff, but 132 proof, so surprisingly smooth! Would be very good with ice I’m sure

Lingering notes of warm oak, smooth finish, takes you back to days of yore when young lads competed for fair maiden’s hearts and won triumphantly

Dry, pretty good flavor but nothing spectacular
