Good flavor, but v harsh. I’d imagine the 12 year is much smoother and more refined

Not actually sure of the release date. ALMOST a creamy mouthfeel, but it’s just a little on the dry side. For sure on the sweeter side. For some reason, reminds me of a mountainy log cabin, something to be sipped by a fireplace. Not quite peppery, but more sweet/sour/bitter? Really good linger as well

Overwhelming grainy notes, like I’m walking in a tall grass field. Medium sweetness, and medium smoothness. Cant describe the flavor but reminds me of walking down cobblestone streets in Quebec & Montreal. Mellows out a lot with a bit of ice! A very nice peppery/grainy finish

Holy crap!! SO good. Comes on with a teeny bit of heat and then it smooths out immediately and mellows into this nice sweet, almost pillowy, VERY smooth finish. A little peppery, with almost a willet sour/sweet palette. And the linger has notes of sweet crackers and honey. Creamy/silky mouthfeel

Not bad at all, a little on the harsh side though, almost unrefined. Flavor is unique, sweet, almost like an undertone of sour fruit candy! Probably a great mixer, but could use another distillation

Really good for a 120 proof, but a little too much misplaced heat for me. Tastes spicy, but I dont think it’s coming from rye. Pretty good though 👍🏼

Pretty smooth, nice sweet nose with very fresh oak throughout, and a nice barrel-flavored finish

Nice start, pretty peppery. Kind of a musty/dry pallette that lingers a long chili peper finish

Definitely very oaky! There’s a tinge of bitter wood. And a nice round finish/linger

Really nice linger, very woody. But kind of a chaotic mouthfeel and pallette, almost a little bitter/tangy. A tad bit of smoke.
