Caramel, cinnamon, bread on the nose. Baking spice, vanilla, toffee and a good Kentucky hug make a toasted vanilla and sweetish finish great. Not the best batch, but good.

Ginger, spice, toasted oak, on the nose. Warming Kentucky hug of cinnamon and baking spice give way to gingersnaps, oak, and vanilla. Love this.

What it lacks in depth it makes up for in a warming ride of mellow sweetness, toasty caramel, light tobacco, and a kiss of oak. This is an everyday drinker that isn't going to break the bank.

Nose is spicy and bread pudding. Taste is waming sweetness, light oak, vanilla and cinnamon. Nice easy finish.

Banana taffy on the nose. Smells light and sweet. Hollow sweet sip. Light vanilla, more banana, some lemons and hint of spice. The finish is fast and brings slight heat with more sweetness. Good for 80 proof. Color is so light.

Tastes like a wheater. Not complex, but makes up for it with butterscotch, slight floral grassiness. Hint of citrus cuts through coconut and vanilla sweetness. Longing for more barrel complexity.

Hot spice gives way to deep cocoa, bread crust, vanilla, mace, and finally leather, tobacco and slight sweetness.

Sweet caramel, syrup, rich oak, slight vanilla, hints of honeysuckle. Mild burn.
