Nose: Carmel, Oak, strong peat and smoke. Smells like a rope. Taste: peat forward, some fruit, lime or lemon maybe, strong brine spicy pepper finish. Great whiskey. Alcohol is high but not overpowering.

Smoke, campfire, citrus and some barrel notes. Even a coffee flavor in there. Peat is present but not overwhelming like a Islay.

Light brine and iodine on the nose. Tastes of smoke, brine and a light citrus. Hard to tell the lighter notes under the peat and smoke. Whiskey looks lighter than I would expect. Different then the other Islay 10s.
