Picked this up on sale because I was intrigued, and while I'm not disappointed, it certainly didn't hit me the way I thought it would. It's very sweet and floral, both on the nose and on the palate, with just a hint of bitterness. I haven't found much to use this with outside of mixing it with lemonade or tonic water.15.0 USD per Bottle

This is such a weird mezcal in the best way. Whenever we host parties, this bottle always comes out because of how unique it is. On the nose, you get your standard mezcal smoke. On the palette, you get mole sauce and roasted chicken breast, which only intensifies when you exhale through your mouth.42.0 USD per Bottle

I might be a weird one for this, but I prefer this ever so slightly more than Tempus Fugit. There is a wonderful burnt caramel scent on the nose, and an excellently fruity banana flavor that envelopes your entire mouth. The best parallel that I can make is that it tastes and smells almost exactly like a bananas foster, spices and all.30.0 USD per Bottle

A great aged rum to mix into cocktails, but pretty standard on it's own. Lots of molasses, a little bit of that Jamaican funk, hints of fruits like banana, pineapple, and pear. You do also do get some oak, which adds just the smallest amount of complexity. While straightforward, I do think this is a staple bottle if you enjoy making tiki drinks like I do.24.0 USD per Bottle

A great sipping rum for those starting out thanks to the added sugar. Those more well versed in rum might describe it as "cloying", but I personally like it a lot as someone who is still a novice in relativity. I could honestly see myself rating this lower a few years from now. Candied oranges, brown sugar, and vanilla on the nose, with more candied orange, chocolate, raisins, and cola on the palate/finish.45.0 USD per Bottle

Easily the best coconut rum that I've ever tried. There's none of that artificial, sunscreen-esque flavor that's so predominant in other coconut rums. Both the aroma and taste are very akin to shaved, slightly toasted coconut. Definitely on the sweeter side, nice to sip on neat, but best enjoyed in a cocktail.33.0 USD per Bottle

Green Chartreuse is a hotter than its counterpart (110 proof vs. 86 proof), but brings more herbal-forward and "mountainous" flavors (like mint, pine, and rosemary) to the table. While I ever-so-slightly lean towards Yellow Chartreuse in terms of over all flavor, Green Chartreuse is undeniably one of the most interesting and unique things you can mix into a cocktail.72.0 USD per Bottle
