Qui Platinum Extra Añejo Tequila
Tequila Extra Añejo — Jalisco, Mexico
Reviewed January 28, 2018 (edited December 30, 2019)Smells lightly sweet and smokey. Not the smoothest but has a nice taste. Little burn but not too much. Does not stick to lips. -
Corralejo Añejo Tequila
Tequila Añejo — Guanajuato, Mexico
Reviewed January 28, 2018 (edited April 11, 2020)Soft sweetness at first. Not overpowering sweetness. Finishes spicy on the tongue. Warm going down. Does not stick to lips. Spicy but very smooth. -
Espolòn Reposado Tequila
Tequila Reposado — Los Altos, Jalisco, Mexico
Reviewed January 28, 2018 (edited February 4, 2018)Smells kinda sweet and caramely. Pretty smooth and sort of fruity tasting, with just a bit of peppery bite. Lingering alcohol burn but overall pretty good. -
Riazul Añejo Tequila
Tequila Añejo — Los Altos, Jalisco, Mexico
Reviewed December 10, 2017 (edited March 2, 2018)First time I tried it, loved it. Very sweet and extremely smooth. You won’t make “that face” with this tequila, no way. If you like sweet tequila you will love this one. Sort of has a faint black licorice taste which I usually don’t like but not terrible here. Long slow after burn but not in a bad way. Warm all the way down to your belly. -
Corralejo Reposado Tequila
Tequila Reposado — Guanajuato, Mexico
Reviewed October 29, 2017 (edited April 24, 2018)Very, very smooth. Mildly sweet, hints of Carmel and a bit spicy at the end. Good but not my favorite as I tend to lean more sweet than spice. I could get used to it though due to extreme smoothness. -
Casamigos Añejo Tequila
Tequila Añejo — Highlands, Jalisco, Mexico
Reviewed September 7, 2017 (edited April 24, 2018)It is a bit spicy but not too bad. Not real sweet but I can taste subtle sweet at the finish. Spice does linger long after the sweet taste goes away. Good balance of sweet and spice. -
Fortaleza Reposado Tequila
Tequila Reposado — Tequila Valley, Jalisco, Mexico

Casamigos Reposado Tequila
Tequila Reposado — Los Altos, Jalisco, Mexico
Reviewed August 6, 2017 (edited April 24, 2018)Love the sweet buttery smell. Very smooth with a sweet candy flavor. I really like this, one of my favorites. -
Tres Agaves Tequila Añejo
Tequila Añejo — Tequila Valley, Jalisco, Mexico
Reviewed July 1, 2017 (edited April 24, 2018)Strong smell and first taste of butter (think buttery popcorn). Second and third sips revel the fruit tastes, light but they are there. Nice sweet butterscotch after taste that lingers on the lips, again very light. If you like the taste of butter this is for you. Pretty smooth, slight burn at the end and lingers a bit but not bad. I like it but not one I am likely to buy again. Ok not great. -
Hornitos Black Barrel Tequila
Tequila Añejo — Tequila Valley, Jalisco, Mexico
Reviewed July 1, 2017 (edited June 14, 2021)Smells kinda like whiskey. Sweet at first but slight. Then spicy and warm. Tastes a bit like whiskey. Lingering heat/spice. Not my favorite. Saving for collection.
