Loads of vanilla and oak here. The finish has some cinnamon spice and does not linger very long. This would a good entry level bourbon for a new drinker to explore beyond 90 proof. I paid $25 and would call it a good bargain.

Okay , im going to start with the finish as it is still going. Very alcohol forward with apple/banana flavor and light caramel. It is hot, but interesting. A bit thin for the proof and more wood/age would balance it out.

This is the last of the bottle which was a great find at an abc store on the way to the outer banks a few years back. It is still showing a smooth profile for the proof with caramel and creme brulee notes and a long finish that is warm but pleasant.

Vanilla and spice with a leathery hint to it. Really nice with a small cube or splash to balance the high proof. Solid pour for the price.

The nose has an aged profile of leather and baked cinnamon apple. This is consistent on the palate and has a long lingering finish with spice.

Loads of vanilla, cinnamon and some cocoa at the end. Medium mouthfeel and finish. Enjoyable with some ice and will make a great mixer.

Aged wood on the nose, nice oily mouthfeel, cinnamon. A nice bourbon with a sweet rustic thing going on.

Vanilla and oak on the nose, rich maple and brown sugar on the palate, with a classic cinnamon spice finish. This is textbook bourbon with some extra wood notes. Not overly complex but solid from nose to finish.

Drinking neat in a low ball glass. When the pappy is offered you don't ask for specific glassware. A pleasant aged wood profile with brown sugar spiced baked goods. Kept bringing me to eating the choice brown sugar cinnamon bread corner or end piece. Thank you Evan for sharing!
