Fresh sawed oak and vanilla on the nose. Carries into the sweet palate with creme Brule. Finish is mild and sweet.

Peppery rye nose and then has some pleasant sweetness on the palate. The spice lingers a bit on the finish and even gives some late heat. A nice rye intro.

The nose is mild toasted vanilla, the palate is honey and some cherry. The finish has a soft spice. An easy sipper, plain and simple.

You know what you are going to get from the nose. Rich, dark brown sugar, maple, and vanilla. The oak is pronounced but the sweetness balances it out. You may need a knife to get through this one. Quite chewy.

I keep this one stocked in the bar. Toasted oak on the nose, sweet vanilla and cinnamon finish out with warmth and spice. A good baseline for higher proof bourbons.

Mild nose with fruit and caramel. Palate is rich and overall very soft. Finishes with mild spice. I would recommend this to novice and seasoned bourbon drinkers, although the latter might dismiss it as simple enjoyable.

This is a great value. Fruity vanilla on the nose, rich mouthfeel, with some oak and spice on the finish. I get some secondary fruit in the finish as well.

Citrus nose and light on the palate. I was hoping for something to chew at this proof but it is pleasant. Light butterscotch followed with a mild spice finish.

Nice spice but not too bold. Some honey and light fruit notes on the palate and finishes medium long with a warm spice. Just tasted again with an ice splinter and it really opens up some interesting cocoa and vanilla notes.
