Caramel nose and drinks with a spicy toast finish that keeps going. Hugs the back of the tongue with a warm finish. The complexity is on the finish.

The nose has some woody tones that are inviting. Nice medium mouthfeel with a spicy sweet char flavor profile. This is a nice sipper and would recommend for those that like an easy drinker.

A little oak up front followed by sweet caramel. This is a bonded bottle so the alcohol is there. For the price not a bad one to mix or enjoy on ice.

I had to taste this twice as it was much different once the bottle was open for a day. I will say for $20 you can't go wrong here. The nose has some spice from the high rye mashbill but it yields sweet caramel on the tongue. Nothing complex here but a decent mixer or on the rocks.

Honey and butter yields to some apple fruit. It finishes with some spice. Medium to lighter mouthful. Great mixer or on rocks.

Floral nose with the alcohol and then tempered with a sweetness and a spicy finish. Reminds me of my moms banana nut bread with vanilla frosting. Quite smooth for the proof but finishes with some spice.

Vanilla and almonds on the nose. Spicy medium finish. 2020 bottles seem lighter bodied than earlier years.

Has some alcohol up front but settles down with nice spice, nuts, and caramel.

Spice up front and an almost sugary orange zest. The high proof is not an issue here and is not too hot.

Up front wood on the nose. Caramel once it hits the tounge. Finish is not too long but enough to be interesting.
