Tastes

Nose: cinnamon, cherry, sweet oak and vanilla. Palate: cherry bomb, cinnamon, ans sweet oak. Finish: cherry bomb up front with hints of cinnamon and vanilla on the mid palate finishes, strong on the backend, with sweet oak and mild vanilla that lingers.

Nose: caramel, vanilla, mint, brown sugar and cookie dough. Palate: vanilla, green tea, pepperand brown sugar. Finish: mixed of vanilla and caramel upfront that transitions into a hint of mint and spiciness. The backend of vanilla.and mint mix well with heavy lingering of pepper and spice.

Nose: vanilla, oak, almonds and a hint of honey. Taste: vanilla, tobacco, oak and pepper. Finish: big vanilla upfront  that transitions into sweet oak with a hint of metallic at the end.

Nose: sherry, hint of vanilla and malt grain. Taste: vanilla, smoke, orange and all spice. Finish: vanilla upfront that turns into sherry mid palate, this turns into smoke on the backend.

Nose: honey, ash and citrus. Taste: caramel, honey, ash and hint of citrus. Finish: honey up front with citrus, mid palate and a nice mix of ash and sweetness on thr backend.

Nose: banana bread, green apple and vanilla. Taste: banana, citrus, vanilla and a bit of oak. Finish: soft vanilla with a hint of banana upfront with a hit of citrus mid palate. Backend lingers with vanilla/banana and oak.

Nose: dry fruit, sherry and honey. Taste: oak, fruits, hint of honey and sherry. Finish: fruits mixed with sherry upfront with hints of honey mid palate. Backend has a bit of spice that lingers.

Nose: fruit, shortbread cookie, oak and the smallest hint of coconut. Taste: sherry, stone fruits and a hint of allspice. Finish: sherry upfront that turns into a nice rush of toasted oak and fruits. That mellows into a nice all around mixed of all the listed flavors on the backend. This is a beautifully mellow whiskey with soft notes of all the listed taste. Everything mixes beautifully together and with soft undertones lingering on the palate.

Nose: hint of honey, dark fruit, orange and spice. Taste: sherry bomb, orange, dark chocolate and spice. Finish: big sherry upfront that settles into a nice mellow dark chocolate that is followed by notes of vanilla, orange, almonds and the smallest hint of lemon.
