I love a good drink, be it bourbon, scotch, or even a mixed drink. Though bourbon is my preferred drink.

I found this bottle unattended, hanging from a hook in the mens bathroom. The nose is sweet, with a bit of a fruit smell. I am not particularly fond of it, but don't hate it. The taste is smoky and oeaty with just a slight bitter finish. Not the best thing I ever had, but I like it enough to drink it slowly. LOVE the bottle.

There is supposed to be a vanilla start according to the bottle. I can barely smell it under the alcohol smell. The smell is so strong, it's almost a menthol smell. After a couple of sips, when my palette adjusted to it, I picked up the vanilla. The taste is chaotic, the rye and the wheat seem to be battling each other for dominance. It seems to me that the whiskey needs more time in the barrel to settle down and find its personality. Initially I catch the smoothness of the wheat, but the spicy rye finish is...interesting. I'm not really sure how I feel about it. It is a strong middle of the road bourbon, and not a bad result from a science experiment.

A decent bourbon. Nice nose with hints of vanilla. Nice tongue. Just enough rye to make it spicy without over doing it. High alcohol burn, but it is 100 proof, so to be expected. Is it worth all of the hype? No, I don't think so.

The nose is off. It just has an unpleasant "wrongness" to it. It smells like a high school gym locker owned by the kid who never takes a shower. The taste is hands down the worst thing I have ever drank. An order of magnitude worse than Sheep Dog. I could at least see someone enjoying that. Seeing that this is a distilled beer mash, it has a unique flavor that just tastes horrible. It has a nice oaky start but ends with a foul stale coffee flavor that lingers for an eternity. I wouldn't even give this to someone I don't want to come back, because I would hate the implication of my lack standards. End opinion, save yourself the distress of drinking something that tastes like it was distilled in the casket of the guy pictured on the bottle.

Not good, but not bad. The base was nice with a slight maple hint. The tongue left much to be desired. It needs more time in the barrel.

A nice smooth oily tasting bourbon. A very enjoyable pour. I will most likely add this to my collection at some future date.

This is hands down the worst thing I have ever drank. The peanut butter smell was so strong, as to be unpleasant. It reminded me of walking past a Yankee Candle shop. The whiskey itself is thick and syrupy. This is the imitation maple syrup equivalent of peanut butter flavor. The finish is bitter and distracting from any pleasantries that this may have has. Adding water did nothing to improve the taste. All in all, it was a waste of a complimentary drink.
