Not a bad blend at all. Sweet, gentle, smooth, fruit, honey, bready, balanced, but light, short and very easy. Pretty good consider what it is. Also tried with a dash Tomintoul Peaty Tang which gave it depth and made a very happy dram. Laphroaig works too, but the Tomintoul version was happier. Wow.

Reviewed March 21, 2020 (edited September 5, 2020)Beautiful. Light friendly heathery, wooden or a tad of forest smoke, vanilla and soft baked fruit, very mild coffee. Richer than HP12, round, smoke, subtle and integrated. Great! A bit short. -

Reviewed January 10, 2020 (edited August 7, 2023)Delicious and imposible to not like. A gentle dram with something mildly heathery. Friendly vanilla, honey, creamy, toast, earl grey tea, oak, pleasant aftertaste. Great value. -

Reviewed November 18, 2019 (edited February 9, 2022)Sweet, bold, oily wood, leather, dense wood, spices, furniture polish. Very strange, different, liked it in a weir way. Too harsh, furniture polish.
