Tasting glass: Tumbler Tasting temperature: 4°C/39.2°F Nose: Chocolate, toffee and milk Palate: Milk chocolate with tones of vanilla, cream and sweet honey. In the background a malty taste with a light salty maritime note that shines through more the longer it rests and warms up on my tongue. Finish: Short to medium finish. The taste takes a turn for a darker kind of chocolate, but is still sweet. Conclusion: I really liked this cream liqueur. It is such a cut above your standard Baileys and really shows the magnificent flavors whisky can add when mixed with other ingredients. Would definitely buy again, at this price point everybody who likes whisky, Arran and chocolate should keep a bottle of this stuff in their fridge. The taste does Arran justice, not really a complex taste but one you want to enjoy on a hot summer night for days on end.15.0 EUR per Bottle

Information on bottle: High percentage of real brambles (blackberries) macerated with Kilchoman single malt Scotch whisky, honey and Kilchoman new spirit. Nose: Lots of blackberries and smoke from the peat. Some malt. Palate: Extremely sweet blackberries, light taste of malt and more whisky notes shine through the sweetness. Little smoke. Finish: Short-medium, sweetness disappears slowly, smoke starts to come though and take over along with an earthy malt taste. Conclusion: This drink is not for everyone. Someone who is not used to peaty and smoky scotch will not like this, and a lot of peat lovers will criticise the sweetness. Personally I love the mixture of flavours! It really shows you what other great things whisky distilleries are able to make!24.5 EUR per Bottle
