This is good, really good. It is banana’s Foster with peanuts on the nose. On the palate it is rich, thick, sweet, with a little peanut, dark chocolate, and oak. A long long finish. This is better than any Bookers I have ever. Buy it if you can find it.

This is so good. On the nose I get rye spice, dark cherry, dark brown sugar, and oak. On the palate it is candy coated Christmas. You get rye notes, orange liqueur, dark honey, and pepper. It has a thick mouth feel and good moderate long finish. Fantastic!

This is ok. Much better options out there for this price.

I think this bourbon is overrated. Smells like limestone. The mineral notes are strong on the palate with some spice and pepper on the back end. Moderate long finish. I just don’t care for that high minerality. It’s not bad but it is not good either.

This one shocked me. I had it blind and thought for sure it was 15 year old bourbon. It smells like sweet oak. On the palate I got a lot of oak and rye spice. Tannins galore that make your mouth water. Long finish. Much better than I was expecting.

Strawberry on the nose with some light oak notes. On the palate I get strawberry jam with oak and tannins. Moderate finish with some spice. Very good.

Sweet tea on the nose. On the palate I get light, brown sugar, banana, and mineral limestone notes. Finish is short. This is a great light summer drinker.

This is decent. It smells like tobacco and apple on the nose. On the palate I get mineral notes and caramel. The finish is rather short. Good sipper. Not great but very approachable.

This single barrel was a pick with a honey malt mash bill done by the Cleveland Bourbon Co-op. This is excellent. The nose is very distinctive that I have gotten with other Tom Foolery products. I am guessing it comes from their yeast. Hard to describe - Smells a little like almonds and baking bread. The palate is fantastic. I don’t get those dill pickle notes like I do with many ryes. There is honey, some rye spice, and fruit notes almost like a a very ripe banana. The finish lingers nicely. This is different in a good way. This distillery is doing some great things. This is a for sure buy.
