If only Vampires drink bourbon! Overall, it’s an alright lower proof bourbon, “friendly” for lack of better words, overpriced also.

Good old Woodford Reserve, nothing particularly special about it yet, nothing wrong either. It’s decently rich, with a little edge to it but, manageable. The ABV ranges between 43.2% - 45.2% so, keep an eye on the label if you like the higher proof.

A well-known Islay specimen! Not for the faint of heart, as rich and peaty as it should, a hint of sea salt and a touch of sweetness really enhances the expression.

Simply delicious! It’s quite rich, with a very pleasant sweetness and a good complexity that makes every sip enjoyable, the higher proof keeps it in check so, it is much better than dessert!

A very solid 15 YO, definitely “rich and smooth”, with 46% ABV, it was a treat!
