What Pendleton might taste like if it were a well

Sharp semi sweet aroma. Flavor isn't awful, but just tastes kinda like artificial caramel. More body than I'd have expected. Fine maybe for a well.

Super light sweet aroma, fruit with some wood. Taste is strong and rich, makes sense for the abv. Has that distintive scotch flavor, but the sweetness and the richness remind me of preserved pears my grandmother used to make in jars. Plenty of spice on it too, especially on the tail. The strength and richness carry the spice after the sweet. Really interesting combo.

Sweet light aroma. Very thin body, almost no tail. Minimal alcohol burn as well, mostly grain flavor with some sweetness from the bourbon barrels.

Lots of alcohol on the nose, hard to pick out any flavors. Quite rich and oily, a nice sweet spice that coats the tongue. Light caramel, tingling tail. Very nice. I like the proof.

Rye spice on the nose, but also some hefty sweetness. Grain smell comes through. Rich, hefty body, medium spice, almost bourbon like sweetness. Of course a kick, but it pairs really well with the spice. Wouldn't have guessed it's as high as 110. Love this.

Sickly sweet aroma that reminds me of candy or some sort of medicine. Not pleasant, can't put my finger on it. The body is super thin and the flavor light, but there's that flavor again. Like a sweet medicine. Super weird, but I wouldn't call it good.

Smells mostly like fruit and sherry. Super light and sweet. Tastes like it too. Flavors are okay, but if you blindfolded me and told me this was sherry I'd believe you. It doesn't taste cheap, which saves it, but I don't care for it at all.

Super light rye spice on the nose. Mostly alcohol though. Has that kinda soapy rye flavor for me, not a fan. Might be some sort of light herb.
