Strong caramel and oak aroma, super deep and rich. Rich and creamy on the tongue, caramel forward and sweet that just melts into a tingly and spicy wood burn finish. Long rich tail, perfect progression. The small batch, perfected.

Mostly rich oak on the nose. Maybe some dark fruit. Super interesting sweet flavor, molasses and peaches. It's a dark low flavor with almost no burn at all. Medium body and tail, though still feels a little thick. Super drinkable since there's not much bite at all. Let's the sweetness shine. There's something unique about the flavor too, medicinal maybe. Very nice.

Honey and wood on the nose, and honey the predominant flavor in the body too. Honey and vanilla, medium body, medium tail.

Very strong alcohol and wood aroma, smells super rich and complex. A fruit or berry smell too. Flavors are very strong oak and cherry, balanced super well. Long rich tail, melts all over. Very nice

Huge maple syrup and molasses smell. Incredibly sweet. But on the tongue I don't get much of anything. Super light flavors that disappear immediately, maybe some smoke on the tail but I'm honestly confused. I really can't place any flavors at all. Perhaps I'm dying. Perhaps this is the end for me.

Strong sweet fruit and oak aroma. Smells complex Bright fruity flavor, followed by a big wood kick with plenty of burn. Fruit is maybe lemon or banana? The alcohol kick is big and is only medium rich despite the age.

All the deep wood and subtle sweetness of the standard label, kicked up by the proof. Brings out a ton of spice that mingles with the oak, and enough richness to carry both. Love the heat and the balance, damn near perfect.

Sweet malty aroma, light grain sweetness. Light grain and wood flavor, blends together very nicely. Medium richness despite how light it is. Medium tail, super approachable.

Very creamy, wonderful mouthfeel. Oak and vanilla flavors, and I think I taste banana. The creamy mouthfeel melts into a great tail.

Spicy rye aroma with a hint of chocolate, rich body and smooth mouthfeel. Rye flavor and spice dominate clearly, and the chocolate shows up on the tail. A great rye to enjoy neat.
