    Instant Sherry notes on the nose, which make sense. Doesn't smell overly sweet though. The flavors are balanced very well, mostly dark fruit flavors in with the wood. Tastes exactly like a different spin on their American Oak. Some spice comes in on the tail, which is just as long as their flagship label.

    Sweet and Woody aromas, smells complex from the start. Mostly wood and grain flavor on the tongue, the new wood barrels gives it tons of flavor. The malt also sits forever on the tail. Very strong flavors in a rich body. Malted barley have hints of sweetness too, maybe from fruit flavors.

    Sharp grassy aroma, same flavor too. Light wood and grass, thin body. Not really my style.

    Darker aromas, maybe some spice. Mildly sweet at first, vanilla honey, then some leather and smoke come in on the tail. Body and proof mesh well with the tail flavors.

    Sweet and lightly spicy nose. There's some good complexity to the flavor but it's mostly light rye spices. Less body than I'd hope, but good for a rye.

    This is a super interesting and complex flavor. The port barrels show really well, chocolate and sweet tones come through too. Creamy and rich, excellent blend of dark and unique flavors. Fascinating.

    Dark sweet honey smell, and same flavor. There's maybe a medicinal bite underneath it too, I can't quite place the flavor. The bitter from the medicine and the dark honey are an interesting combo, rich and complex. Certainly original.

    Sweet corn on the nose, light sweet flavor blended with oak on the tongue. Rich honey flavor on the tail. A touch bright and sharp, above average but needs some refinement. The longer I drink it the more I like it though.

    Dark wood, chocolate, and fruit flavors on the nose. Same flavors on the tongue, I love how much chocolate flavor there is. Plenty of heat but it mixes well with the darker flavors. Unique taste, full and complex.
