Tastes

Medicinal mineral nose with cedar/pine. Floral nutty taste. Some wood, short finish.

Hot and spicy. Woody tannic qualities come thru with a few drops of water. Cherry chocolate and maybe some nutty characteristics show thru. Finish is long and hot with cherry almond tones.

Lighter body. Peppery spice. No Carmel or maple that presents in the nose. Pleasant burn in the finish but no other character.

Strong wood and maple brown sugar nose. Wood homes thru as cedar on the palate. Citrus followed by caramel. Some peaty qualities.

Mild pepper rye. Brown/burnt sugar. Buttery sweet maybe rock candy.

Peppery Rye Vanilla Toffee sweet tobacco/leather. Wood and spice finish.

Brown sugar Carmel woody nose. Hot peppery taste with orange anise backdrop. Long hot orange finish.

Nose is so strong I could get anything other than a hot alcohol smell. Taste starts off strong, hot and spicy. 2 cubes brought out wood (almost evergreen) and leather. Some toffee hints. Long spicy tobacco and woody finish. Very thick mouth feel. Coats entire glass when turned.
