Tastes

Not bad, but that is about all I can say. A background whiskey that has nothing to remember it by. Nothing negative mind you, but nothing positive either.

Good for it's age but still very young. Wiuld like to see what a few years does to it.

Nose: Apple, cherry, powdered sugar Taste: Cinnamon Roll, nutmeg, wood, anise, ginger Experience: Christmas morning, before the kids rip into their presents, you sit back with a cup of coffee and some coffee cake or a cinnamon roll, you sprinkle some extra cinnamon and Irish cream into the coffee and sit down with a smile on your face.

Nose: Plum, cherry, Herbs. Taste: pepper, floral, fruit, it's not a straight forward deal but constantly floats around changing and giving variy notes throughout.

Nose: vanilla, cherry, caramelized red apple. Taste: nutmeg, spice, raisins, soft leather, wax. Experience: walking into you grandparents house. Grandma's Flowers, perfume, unknown spices, wax fruits. But also grandpa's leather boots, dusty shirt, and favorite spirit.

Nose: toothpaste, chocolate, floral notes, creosote, cooking rice. Taste: refreshing black tea, pepper, and nutmeg. Experience: walking through a pine forest during a light rain.

Nose: Creamy Salted Caramel, angel food cake, light peat. Taste: Salted caramel, spices, cigar musk, creme brulee char. Experience: Sitting at an oceanside bon fire with something sweet, while enjoying the salty smoke of the fresh air.
