Nose: Green apple, brown sugar, toffee, vanilla Palate: Caramel, vanilla, black pepper, Finish: Vanilla, caramel, black pepper

Nose: Spicy, chocolate, vanilla, honey Palate: Apple, cinnamon, cherry, vanilla Finish: Hot with notes of apple, cherry, honey

Notes of brown sugar, Gala apple, vanilla, and caramel on the nose. The palate is somewhat harsh neat with notes of vanilla, cherry, and pepper. The finish is medium with flavors of cherry, black pepper, and vanilla. Drinkable, but far from my favorite. Would not buy a bottle.

-Nose: berry, vanilla, cherry, butterscotch, green apple -Palate: Cherry, pepper, apple, vanilla -Finish: Tannic, with notes of butterscotch, caramel, cherry, rye spiciness.

The nose is sweet with notes of brown sugar, caramel, cherry, and butterscotch. Palate is rich with notes of cherry, cinnamon, chocolate, pepper, vanilla and citrus. Finish is peppery and hot with notes of vanilla.
