Tastes

Nose - Sweet, charred wood. Light caramel or vanilla but nothing else really going on. Palate - Classic Tennessee Whiskey flavor profile with a touch of heat. Vanilla, Caramel, and cinnamon are all present. Plantains are slightly there but not sweet enough to be banana. Finish - Sweet heat, but the heat isn’t too harsh.

Nose - Super sweet vanilla and caramel swirl. Even though it smells desserty it still smells light. Quite delicious smell. Palate - The palate is exactly the same as the smell its super delicious. Mildly hot on the tongue. Nice and sweet. Finish - Finish is sweet and hot. Quite delicious honestly.

Nose - Burnt, Orange, Vanilla. Not terrible but interesting. Smells overly complex without needing to be. Palate - Corn, Cinnamon, Vanilla and Caramel. Pretty decent flavor profile and it works well. Finish - Finish is hot but smooth and sweat.

Nose - Honey and cayenne pepper. Spicy caramel candy. Palate - Peppery, hot. Cinnamon red hots candy. Sweet peach hint. Finish - Hot finish but nice.

Nose - Smoky wood char. Bitter smoke like over smoked. Not terrible just strong. Spice. Palate - Like I licked the board of sandalwood. Kinda stale. Finish - Not pleasant. Not harsh but not enjoyable.

Nose - Salt peat. Sweet light air. Does smell like the ocean breeze. Caramel hints. Palate - Sweet and refreshing. Caribbean feel, slightly fruity. Finish - Super light nothing too much happening.

Nose - Sweeeeeet vanilla. What heaven should smell like. The toasted brown sugar shoots out if the glass. Custardy like almost like a creme brulee. Palate - Cinnamon vanilla custard. So incredibly desserty it should be illegal. Slight heat but enjoyable. Wow! Finish - Smooth and delicious is the only words that are fit for this bourbon.

Nose - Very peanutty! Salted peanut butter crackers. Salty pretzel bites. Slight bitter smell but a good bitter, not overpowering. Palate - Hot peanut butter. Same palate that is on the nose. Salted peanut butter crackers. Added cinnamon spice and pepper. Lovely oak feel. Finish - Finish is warm and nutty all the way through. True Beam finish!

Nose- Burnt ethanol. Savory smoke. VERY burnt cask. Palate- Burnt honey butter. Creamy smooth peanut butter like all jim beam products. Honey smoke/ethanol. Finish- Ethanol smoke follows through but is sweeter going down. Very smooth on the way down.

Nose - Ash. Burnt Tannins. Cooked plantains. Slightly toasted cinnamon. Palate - Cooked Bananas. Light maple sugar notes. Slight toasted campfire but very subtle. Not much else, nothing too impressive. Finish - Very sweet and smooth. Banana flavor follows all the way through that comes with a slight spice. Finish is impressive
