Tastes

Nose - Oaaaakkyyy. Cinnamon spice. Slight berry medley. Presents itself as hot. Palate - If vanilla snickers were a thing, this would be it. Cinnamon spice stays. A little barrel nuttiness. Banana rind. A bit hot but not as much as the nose. Finish - Medium finish that starts in the palate. Turns from hot to nothing then to warmth in the chest. Oak and nuttiness if anything on the finish.

Nose - Maple syrup on pancakes. Light, sweet oak with a classic vanilla bourbon hint. Slight melted butter. Palate - Classic balanced bourbon vanilla and oak all the way through. More oaky as the wood comes through the more you feel it in your mouth. Cinnamon and spice fills the heat, making it not overwhelming for 120 proof. Hints of peanut here and there. Finish - Long and warm. Comfortable though, as if it were a hug. Not too hot.

Nose- Vanilla cake. Caramel. Palate- Cinnamon Sugar roasted peanuts. Sweet and spicy. Slight brown sugar note. Finish- Long finish with a little intense heat that follows up with toasted baking spice.

Nose - Dried apple, soft vanilla leaf, caramel candy. Taste - Dusty corn mill, basic subtle oak, a sprinkle of brown sugar. Thin mouth feel. Finish - Slight heat but quick. Not much happening. Oily going down.

Nose- Deep, sweet wood. Green apple. Sour. Palate- Strong bitter rye bread comes through, almost bitter enough to say Swiss cheese. More sour apple. Very oily feel in around the tongue. Finish- Very light like grass or a field of spring flowers, but lingering. Slight apple here and there but not as much as I hoped for. Spiced Cherry

Nose- Snickers, Chocolate/Caramel Swirl Palate- Burnt Cherry, Dusty Leather Finish- Slight Oak and Bitter Heat but finish is very subtle and could be lacking for such a full mouthed bourbon.
