Nose is Sweet, corn, barrel notes, maybe some leather, Taste is brown sugar, soft, vanilla, finish has slightly more oak notes, little bit of pepper burn, texture is a bit oily One of my first wheats - good stuff!

Sweet sherry goodness. wonderful. Fruits and yumminess. Grape jelly

Nose: butter, graham cracker, pear, alcohol, Taste: brown sugar, oak, barley, sweet apple juice, slightly astringent, alcohol heat

Nose: Fruity, salt, malt, Taste: Peanuts, barley, salt, slight smoke, fruit Not particularly mind blowing but tasty and enjoyable. Curious what oxidation will do to it. 3.9/5

The most amazing savory, smoky, sweet, and salty nose. It's meaty. Taste is fantastic and nutty, smoky, ashy, and a bit more of the savory meatyness, but isn't as magical as the nose

2010: Nose: having trouble getting much. Very smooth. My bottle be too oxidized. Some grains and young oak. Taste: lots of yummy bright spices rolling around with green apples and oakyness. Lasting spice tingling finish.

Nose: Barley, fruit - strawberries Or maybe just light sugar, astringent, Taste: Pretty mellow, slightly sour fruitiness, mostly peppery with a flutter of peat and dry ash. Very light mouthfeel but long lasting finish Color: Very light yellow straw Balance: 65/100 Texture: 70/100 Enjoyment: 73/100 Overall: 70/100
