Love the lightness of this bourbon. Great flavor profile. Works amazingly well in sours and old fashioned cocktails. Try out their NY Sour recipe on the website using a fruity red wine like Malbec or Zin. I've grown tired of bourbons, but this renewed my interest.

Great value. A little spicy like a rye. Changed my view on Irish whiskey!

Overall a sippable whiskey. However, seems like false advertising. Not spicy. Not peaty. Drinks more like a sweeter bourbon.

Very good. Graham cracker crust was an apt flavor profile description. My only gripe is the price. I don't think it's got enough going on to pay 70 bucks. I'd say it's worth 50.
