Orange zest and vanilla on the nose. Like orange crème brûlée … palate is never ending: orange zest and something savory like tarte crust. Then sweeter with vanilla and finally more spice; not pepper but more like cinnamon rolls.

The nose is amazing w burnt sugar and molasses but with fruity, spicy and woody notes. The palate start hot w spice, cinnamon then tart fruit (green apple) and end smooth an sweet w caramel, molasses and floral.

Maraschino cherry on the nose - hints of after eight. Licorice on the palate and cinnamon.

This is gorgeous!! On the sweet side ... nose of crema Catalan with catalepsy, vanilla and caramalized orange zest. Taste has more spice with cinnamon and maybe Christmas baking spices. Burned banana. And offcourse caramel and subtle orange zest. Sweet and beautiful

Excellent!! Nose: orange peel, toasted brioche, sweet cinnamon Palate: banana cream pie, orange and sweet apples. Later deeper walnut notes.

Beautiful with long sweet finish. Hit by sherry-filled chocolate, then orange marmalade and toasted brioche with finish of honey on the toast - just rich and wonderful dram.

This is an outstanding drink. On the nose I get pine trees. California pine smell. Sweet smoke, walnut and orange peel. The palate is initial peat and smoke but quickly becomes sweet with vanilla, pear, caramel and something citrusy to balance the sweetness. Reminds me of southern style smoked pork belly with delicious fat, smoke and brown sugar with some herb/spice to balance.

Not sure the tastes blend harmoniously ... overwhelming milk chocolate with banana liqueur and salt. Also Ardberg walnut and peat but almost ashy or very Smokey with salt and oil. Some spice - cinnamon (big red not cinnamon buns). Interesting and different not necessarily better

Initial nose is salami, cured meat, salty but underlying sweet notes of walnut and candied orange zest. Initial impression is very Ardberg but very different underneath Taste is peat, smoke, salty meat but given time beautiful walnut, herbal notes ( sweet gale - porse snaps paa rakler) and floral. I really didn’t care for this Oa when I tasted first time, but it is growing on me significantly with a surprising sweetness if you allow the taste to settle ...
