Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed November 1, 2024 (edited November 19, 2024)Couldn't even open the top. Took me several tries with strong scissors. Sour and thin. Not many bourbons i wouldn't recommend buying, but this is one of them. -
Bardstown Bourbon Co. Origin Series Bottled in Bond Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed February 15, 20242023 release: 6yr 68% corn, 20% wheat, 18% malted barley. In the barrel fall 2017. Shockingly good value. Tastes like high-end Beam product (ex. Booker's, Little Book) with the peanuty/oily notes, but more mellow from the lower proof. Some grassy notes, but surprisingly no rye inside. Beautiful bottle. A must try for $50.50.0 USD per BottleBinny's Beverage Depot -

Eagle Rare 10 Year Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed August 21, 2023 (edited December 23, 2023)Delicious charred finish, as with most Buffalo Trace products. This drinks very thin - if you are used to higher proof bourbons, you're going to feel that its lacking. Not worth its unicorn status, but pick it up at or near MSRP.41.0 GBP per Bottle -
KNOB CREEK 15 YEAR BOURBON (2022 Release)
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed January 2, 2023 (edited December 23, 2023)Heavy oak and dark chocolate. Remarkably rounded from those years in the barrel. Unfortunately, not much else and quite boring.100.0 USD per BottleBinny's Beverage Depot
