N: Clover flowers and sweet honey with a bit of an ethanol punch above 90 P: Oily honey on the front moves to a tart grapefruit into black pepper around the mid F: Astringent mid-length wet oak Hupp Rank: Randy Jackson

N: Buttered corn a little ginger funk P: Oily butter that turns to a mid palate ginger spice. Cinnamon heat, oak and hay. F: Long hot and oaky Lots of funk. This thing is Forky.

N: Honey, buttered corn, baking spice. Very flat but pleasant. P: Oily honey, charred brown sugar and spice at the front with some apple.. maybe some citrus. Sweetness subsided and sharp jump on charred oak around mid palate. F: Barrel char and leather. Long finish. Numbing for 90 proof is pretty nice.

N: That Garrison signature nose is up front. Big Texas oak, sweet peaches and a floral bouquet. P: Entry is a sweet vanilla custard that quickly turns into Honey Nut Cheerios in chocolate milk! Holy hell this is a wonderful mix. F: A short finish, which is odd for a Garrison Brothers bourbon, but a sweet oaky lingering flavor remains.

N: Milk chocolate and vanilla P: Out of the gate, this horse has Quik chocolate milk at the front of the palate. As it comes down the stretch it moves into a spicy version of KFC chocolate 'Lil Bucket dessert. F: Short lived with the continuation of that cocoa powder. Very small influx of heat but not enough to scare off the new guy.

N: Sweet vanilla with a floral pop. Ethanol lingers for a long while. P: Creamy vanilla pudding that pops into a nice baking spice and fig jam. The wheat adds a bit of peppercorn before the finish. F: Fruity Kentucky hug. Mid-length That adds some nice oak at the end.

N: Woody vanilla with some hints of cherry P: Soft, creamy vanilla is immediately laid in front of you. It doesn't continue quite long enough before wheat takes over and brings the heat. Black pepper sprinkles mid-palate. F: Very oaky finish that lasts for a good piece. The spice carries very well. Nice KHug.

N: Buttery vanilla hints of sweet peaches P: Caramel bomb up front then the wheat takes over. Moves into some black pepper around mid palate. F: Big oak on the back end. Long lingering Kentucky hug. Has a little more heat than 100 proof should. Bitter char at the very tail end.

N: Sweet buttery spice little vanilla P: Oily butterscotch at the front sweet wheat spice at the back. F: Oak and tobacco

N: Sherry inspired sulphur that plays like peat in my nose. Honey and dark pit fruits. Crisp nose. P: Sweet red fruit dominates the front of the palate. Sherry influence shows again. The honey like viscosity holds some herbal flavors by the mid palate. F: Finish is a wine inspired oak hug. It's a mid-length finish but the flavor really shines.
