N: Cedar, milk chocolate with a hint of mint. Like a thin mint on a cedar plank. P: Viscous and sweet. Chocolate continues with a mix of spice. Mid palate the sweetness hits a curb and goes bitter and astringent. F: Bitter and charred oak. Continues with a semi-sweet chocolate with that spearmint hitting again.

N: Freshly opened bag of cereal with a hint of citrus P: Oily mouthfeel. Sweet front of palate that climbs into a baking spice F: Quick oaky and spearmint finish that continues that spice flavor long after it's gone

N: Sweet buttered corn and caramel P: Semi-viscous mouth. Big punch of butter and sweet brown sugar, meanders between a bitter wine and sweetness mid-palate F: Short pop of brown sugar and it's gone

N: Tiramisu and lots of cola (Coke, not Pepsi) P: Soft creamy sweet vanilla with almost a banana flavor that fades quickly into a nice spice F: Wet Coca-Cola

N: Sweet caramel and herbal bouquet with a hint of Mexican spice P: Red fruit, creamy vanilla and a hint of spice F: Lingering oakyness but not much of anything remarkable. Missing that cab finish

N: Sweet brown sugar and orange oil. Like an old fashioned with lingering ethanol P: Viscous brown sugar and orange peel turns into a baking spice and oak F: forgettable lingering oak that is very drying

Neat, duh Glencairn Copita N: cinnamon raisin toast with some hints of banana P: Spice bomb! This hits the front of the palate like a clump of cinnamon sugar that didn't get mixed into the butter. You taste both the buttery richness but that sugar and spice is in your face. Phenomenal! F: Spicy with that tail of perfect oak.

N: Sweet vanilla and wine P: Strawberries to soft oak awesome F: Very light and wet brown sugar
