Take your time with thus one. I thought i preferred the millet, but not anymore. Complex, very balanced. Herbal rye, e.g. dille and mint, but also typical oak/bourbon sweetness and lovely chocolate in the finish.

2021 batch. Half year after opening the bottle, fully opened up. Tremendous. Goes suprisingly well with blueberries.
