Give it time and there will be fruit (strawberry, or melon, or pear?) and sweetness.

Peat, but not much smoke. Not dry, oak (vanilla). Nose gives an impression of sweetness but pallate not so much, even a hint of bitterness. Needs some time to open up. Nose a 4, palate a 3.5

Autumn. I recognize more and more the Springbank legacy. Or is it just my imagination?

Not much peat or smoke (much less than the red). Very fruity and sweet. Very good mouthfeel. Much, much better than I expected. Don't put this on ice, it ruins everything.

Good flavor but the opposite of smooth. In my experience too much burn, too sharp, not pleasant at all. Don't know why, 50% isn't that much ( I'm used to drinking much higher). Must be the oak.
