Tastes

Nose: Carmel, vanilla, toffee with almonds, raisens, stewed apples. Palate: honey vanilla and strong oak up front. Slight ginger spice, sweet apples, custard, dark chocolate. Moves into vanilla almond milk near the end with malted milk balls and lingering oak. Creamy mouth feel with long finish.

Nose: apples, sherry, honey, oak, faint pine and smoke. Palate: caramel, vanilla, sherry moves to orange zest with oak. Finish with a lingering faint smoke. Oil mouthfeel

Nose: orange, pineapple, light caramel, vanilla, faint wood. Palate: pineapple, orange, orange zest, vanilla forward, young bite, slight peppercorn, wood, caramel finish slight dark chocolate on the finish with oxidation

Nose: smoke, wood, hard to get anything else past the ethanol. Palate: strong smoke, peat, burnt tobacco throughout; linseed oil, citrus, slight pine. Very young with strong bite.

Nose: faint peat, pungent iodine, smoked wood, honey, dark cherry, butter cookies, carminative spice backdrop Palate: forward sweetness of mixed berry jam, cherry, and honey. mild peat, smoke, oak, tobacco leaves, kombu, charcoal, carminative spices, faint honey returns at the end with butter cookies.

Nose: honey, red berries, floral, hidden spice, vanilla, maple nut goodies. Palate: honey, creamy mouth feel, vanilla, red berries, slight plum, toffee, slight toasted wood. Long, sweet finish.
