Christmas gift 2021. Batch 24. Awesome bottle design. Nose: typical high rye. Floral, grass and grain dominate Taste: corn and cane (like frosted flakes) and a little bit of black pepper heat at the back end Finish: a light, smooth finish. Finishes like an 80 proof although it's a 92. You get some interesting aftertaste of mint, cherry and sugar Old fashioned:

Nose: dried fruit, molasses, corn Taste: cinnamon apricot, molasses, spice Finish: medium length and fairly soft. Burnt sugar up front Old fashioned: pretty weak for an old fashioned, but not terrible

Nose: caramel, vanilla, browned apple Taste: thin taste. Some sweetness, floral and fruit. Very delicate Finish: very sweet and gentle. Fruity but with a long finish Old fashioned:

Nose: mild vanilla and spice. Some apple Taste: insanely mild. Almost nothing Finish: no flavor and burn

Nose: caramel, honey, brown sugar, vanilla and peanut Taste: sweet, caramel and vanilla, figs, ending in charred wood and cinnamon/nutmeg Finish: sweet with a light heat Old fashioned:

Great for the money Nose: honey, red apple, toffee and malt Taste: honey, banana, toffee and malt Finish: medium finish. Ends on malt, toffee and spice

Nose: caramel and vanilla heavy with a rye kick Taste: oak, dark fruit and caramel Finish: medium long, oak and caramel give way to spice Old fashioned: no bitters available in Korea

Nose: sweet honey, rye bread, mint and vanilla Taste: honey, charred wood, grass and spiced apple aftertaste Finish: honey and apple lingers with a good peppery tingle

Nose: cinnamon roll, grain and a little nutty Taste: syrupy and hot. Toasty, nutty and sweet Finish: medium finish. Finishes peppery and spicy with a hint of charcoal.
