1st taste I said wow! 2nd, was ok. I get bourbon on the nose, brown sugar and pepper. slight anise flavor. smoother with a couple drops of water.

Some ashy flavor to the peat smokiness. sweet and sour notes. A few drops of water made it creamy/buttery for me.
