Sweet smelling with a oaky mix on the nose. Light and smooth on the plate but full of flavor. Starts off sweet with honey and caramel continues into some spices and finishes with oak and leather, a bit Smokey on the tail.

Floral and a bit citrusy on the nose. Oaky and floral with a smoky leather and a nip of spice at the back end. A very smooth nice pour

Not a good sipper, much better as a mixer

Woody, medicinal on the nose. Oaky and spices on the pallet with a oily finish.

On the nose i get oak, leather, and smokeyness all intertwined together with a spiceyness on the back. On the plate that mix of oak, leather, and smokeyness is joined by a slight maple syrup flavor; This all finishes with a slight spice note at the very end. This is a very complex pour that is absolutely delightful and delicious.
