Nose: typical bourbon nose. Caramel, vanilla, a little cinnamon. Trying to pick out orange but it’s not obvious Palate: spice and cinnamon and honey. Maybe some orange but it’s incredibly faint still. Honestly not bad. Finish: honey and almonds a bit.

Not a bad flavor but nothing spectacular. A lot of honey and flowers on the finish. A bit of spice on the palate

Nose: caramel and vanilla. Nothing crazy Palate: super chewy, dark fruits, a little hot for the proof Finish: dark fruit finish very long

Nose: cleaner, cherry and vanilla, a tiny bit of spice Palate: super sweet at first and then opens up to some spice and heavy caramel. Very very light and sweet though Finish: light, thin, and no burn and short

Nose: chocolate, a little spice, a tiny bit of berry Palate: sooo rich and sweet on the palate. Berries and more burnt chocolate. Some kind of bite that would shine through any pairing of cigar. Smoky almost second sip Finish: smoke and chocolate but lightly done and it lasts for a while. Very impressed and very unique You can tell this is a high end bourbon for real

Lots of cinnamon and I’m not sure why. Tasted at the distillery. I’d say a little below average but cool that it’s Georgia’s first distillery.

Nose: caramel. Vanilla. Palate: vanilla and caramel still. Nothing incredible. Heaven hill flavors for sure. However, no burn at all. Finish: lots of vanilla

Nose: smells like corn. Ironic. Sweet corn Palate: sweet, alcohol, not the most pleasant Finish: very very short and sweet

Nose: very light. Scotch-like. Cereal. Vanilla Palate: more cereal and a lot of rye spice. Finish: vanilla and light Very opposite of the full proof, which is the only one I’ve had
